Robert
A Farmer, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive
Officer. Mr. Farmer was the Vice Chairman and is still a director
of International Data Group (IDG), the world's largest information
technology publishing firm. Mr. Farmer was treasurer of the Democratic
National Committee from 1989 to 1991, when he resigned to become treasurer
of the first Clinton/Gore presidential campaign. Following Mr. Clinton's
election, Mr. Farmer resigned from IDG to become Chairman and CEO
of GEC Alsthom, N.A., a billion-dollar manufacturer of high-speed
rail equipment, power plants and cruise ships. Mr. Farmer was subsequently
appointed the U.S. Consul General to Bermuda, a position he held from
1994 to 1999. Mr. Farmer holds a law degree from Harvard Law School
and a BA from Dartmouth College. |

Kamal
Hotchandani, Director and President. Mr. Hotchandani has been
the Co-Chairman of the Board and President of AMG since its inception.
Mr. Hotchandani is the founder of AMG, co-founder of Official Kiosk
Group, Inc. and is the Internet strategist of StarQuest Networks.
He has originated the business models and implemented the Internet
applications for both companies, including the web site design and
development of StarQuest and the software for OKG. Based on this experience,
he refocused his efforts on launching AMG's Latin American strategy.
Mr. Hotchandani graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in International
Relations. While completing his university studies, Mr. Hotchandani
supervised the technical research and development team for Sakhr Software
(Sakhrsoft), a Middle Eastern software conglomerate. His personal
business interests extend from Asia to Latin America. |

Jorge
P. Montoya, Director. Mr. Montoya is the President of Procter
& Gamble's Global Food and Beverage Division as well as its Latin
America Division. He holds an MBA from the University of California
at Berkeley. He has held numerous positions within Procter & Gamble
since he joined the company in 1971. He is a member of the Board of
Directors of Rohm & Haas Company. He holds senior positions in several
business organizations in Latin America such as the CEO Roundtable,
the Pan American Development Foundation of the Organization of American
States, and the Economist Latin American Presidents Club. |

Andrew
Banks, Director. Mr. Banks is Chairman of ABRY Holdings, one of
North America's largest buyout funds specializing in investments in
media and communications companies. Mr. Banks is also Founder and
President of Paradigm, which manages a $500 million media, and communications
hedge fund based in Bermuda. Before co-founding ABRY in 1989, Mr.
Banks was affiliated from 1982 to 1988 with Bain & Company, an international
management-consulting firm where Mr. Banks shared responsibility for
Bain's media practice. He is also a director of Muzak, Paradigm Consulting,
Pinnacle Towers and U.S. Telemetry. Mr. Banks is a graduate of the
Harvard Law School, a Rhodes Scholar holding a Master's Degree from
Oxford University and an honors graduate of the University of Florida. |
